Running 10 mins late, but last time it was 20 mins so it was better. I understand some appointments can run over. However I was in & out within minutes so hopefully they’ll of caught up. Very good, friendly experience from Matt as always.

My experience
My son has been a regular to the orthodontist for over 2 years, the original dentist has retired and a new couple saw him this week. All his records they have, asked him about how long he had braces for asked him about the stains on his teeth and told him he wasn't brushing properly. Didn't even change his bands and tighten up as on usual 6-8 week check up. Wanted to see him again in 6 weeks but can't be seen till mid January. Can't see his teeth making any progress if you can't change bands and tighten them up until his next appointment. Will be looking for another orthodontist as am not happy with how his appointment has gone since they have taken over.
