Treatment staff are excellent. Unfortunately the receptionist does let it down. She looks very bored and fed up and really doesn't seem to like her job! She was the one on the right hand side as you face the desk.

Dr Choksi agreed to see me last minute on NHS exemption even though I am a private patient as I was in a lot of pain with an infected tooth. He was excellent at getting me out of pain and explained everything I needed to know! Was so grateful and would definitely recommend.

Very nice and caring
I’ve been with this dentist for some years now, I’ve seen the changes that have been made, there’s a few dentists I have had over the years but they have left the practice for a better life away from here…I don’t blame them and I wish them all good luck and the very best.
With how things have been here lately in this country it’s been hard for everyone and hard to get a dentist for some people, so I am so relieved to still be coming here and now I have a new lady dentist who’s so very very nice and caring, she’s so gentle that I didn’t feel anything much when she did my cleaning and fillings and was very protective about how I was feeling laying in the chair while she was filling my teeth, her name is Jennifer, thank you and a big thank you to her lovely assistant (who drowned me in water” ’Lol….) using her power suction to keep my mouth from getting to wet/dry etc.
I hope when I go back next year for my check up that Jennifer is still there looking after me.
