Can’t thank our amazing dentist Bruno Lopes enough for being so fantastic with my 10 year old daughter. I spent my childhood terrified of going to the dentist. Had I had Bruno back then my childhood visits to the dentist would’ve been so different. He’s calm, funny, reassuring and gentle. Everything you’d want a dentist to be. On the way home in the car, my daughter declared “I love Bruno!” And that was after 2 extractions! Can’t recommend enough

I was collecting a prescription for antibiotics prior to seeing the hygienist. I was shocked to find out that there is now a fee of £41 for the prescription to be written up, this is in addition to the fee at the chemist. Since the practice has been taken over it is very much a money making business. Under the previous owners there was never a fee for the prescription to be written up and this fee is excessive.
The receptionist was very sweet and managed the situation well.

Very impressed
Good welcome by reception staff. Appointment ran a little late but I have no complaint about that. 3 x fillings were completed efficiently. I had to ask for a mirror so that I could see the neat work etc. I was asked by reception if I would like to return in 6 months. Appointment made.
I had to ask Receptionist if he knew when I could eat etc as if forgotten to ask the Dentist. He was able to look the information up and share with me. Very impressed with Receptionist.
