Had my first dental checkup with Helden whilst he was standing in at Ferndown dental practice and was very impressed throughout the whole session. Not only did he carry out a thorough inspection but also did some on the spot repairs and treatment on my teeth. He kept me informed of all that he was doing and gave some very good aftercare advice too. Hopefully he will be available on my next visit.

So happy that this practice has another NHS dentist. Sara was very professional and explained things clearly. I have also spoken to two of the receptionists lately who I also found to be very efficient and professional.

Helpful and gentle
Joanna Farr was very helpful, gentle and remembered what happened with my veneer from another dentist a year ago. She was running late as she had a nervous patient previously so gave me some toothpaste and a sincere apology. Very competent and friendly and so are the team. Will keep up the cleaning regime and see them next year.
