I went back to my dentist a few weeks ago because I was experiencing sensitivity and bad toothache. Following an assessment by Joanna (Farr) the decision was made to unfortunately remove my fractured lower left tooth. After a couple of follow up visits to see Joanna everything is now moving in the right direction. I would just like put on record how professional and caring Joanna has been throughout this process. She took time out to keep in touch by email and even managed to arrange a last minute appointment at the Christchurch surgery to see me early one Monday morning.

A good explanation of treatment
On time into surgery. There was a good explanation of treatment prior to treatment starting and during the treatment. Helder and today’s dental assistant (I’m sorry I don’t know her name) both have exceptional patient / customer skills.
