The dental hygieneist was very good she kept me calm as I am not to keen on dentist because of a bad experience when I was young.congratulions to her young assistant in qualifying into dentistry good luck. 👍😊

Very good
Friendly, helpful but often late.
All the staff, clinical and administration are delightful to interact with and responsive and helpful. My dentist has a great ‘chair side manner’ and is thorough and patient and the best dentist I have used.
His thorough approach does, though, mean one is often late starting an appointment. I have no issue with this and welcome the thorough approach, but I don’t understand why I am not told he’s running late when arriving nor kept up to date while waiting. Last appointment was 40 minutes late. I stress this isn’t the problem, the opportunity is to keep patients advised. Making this simple change would make the review 5 star.

2 teeth extraction for a 16 year old.
Bruno and his assistant were excellent! Even played my daughter some Swifty music! This really helped to keep her calm. Superb service, friendly which is important to me. Sammy on reception is awesome too! Above and beyond to assist with appointments.

Hygienist is kind and pleasant
Having a scale & polish is never a nice experience to feel in your mouth, but Shirin (forgive me if I’ve remembered or spelled her name wrong) made it as pleasant as it can be. She has a lovely personality and the whole way she conducted my appointment was kind and lovely. She gave good advice about where I was going wrong in brushing too and was clear about what I needed to do, but her kind nature made it easy to understand and take on board. Thank you.

Dental Check Up
I was booked in on 25th April to see Joanna for a routine dental check up. I arrived in good time on the day and took a seat in the lounge area. Didn't have to wait too long before I was called in. As on previous visits Joanna was very attentive and thorough. Had some X-rays taken just to make sure there were no issues with my teeth. Everything went well and Joanna even took time after my check up to explain results of the X-rays.
