Replacement of old Crown
I was very happy that I didn't have to pay out for a new crown as the one that came out was cleaned and sterilised and put back. Joanna is a very lovely and helpful dentist who explains everything before going ahead and puts me at ease, which I must confess is a difficult thing to do as I am terrified of dentists.

My experience
My dentist is always good but reception is another matter. I was asked to make an appointment to see my dentist for a clean, was offered a date when I am out of the country, explained I was on holiday to be offered the next day (still away!) to then be told I should call in April for a new hygienist that would have free appointments. As you are becoming a private practice, I would suggest that the instructions my dentist gives me regarding appointments to see him are followed as I felt totally fobbed off. Further, to even make an appointment via the book option on the website is impossible as no one follows up a request. Totally disappointing and frankly not worth my money as a private practice.
