Avon Dental Practice - my recent appointment
Poor service. First appointment in morning (I think) waiting 15 minutes.
I specifically requested a specific dentist but was seen by another.
It appeared the dentist hadn’t reviewed my on line medical history. Then proceeded to give me a ten minute talk on how to brush, clean my teeth/ dentures. ( I have been with practice for over 5 years)

What’s a wonderful experience today? I haven’t been to the dentist in over eight years, spoke to the dentist who reassured me calmed me, went through the option of the work that needs to be done. I was over the moon with the level of Service.
I should also mention The two members of staff in reception, polite, kind and very accommodating.
Would 100% recommend?

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The dentist was wonderful. She explained everything in great detail, and took great care when examining me....x-rays, etc; Very informative and made me feel welcome and comfortable.

Avon Dental Practice
I have recently undergone three treatments starting with replacing my silver fillings with white ones. This did change my bite but I have adjusted to this. Next I did the teeth whitening treatment which left my teeth bright and white. Finally I had veneers on my two front teeth which look amazing. I am still adjusting to these as sometimes my front two teeth clash with the bottom ones. These were only placed last week but if it continues then I will go back to the dentist to see if there is anything that can be done. I am not sure if the clashing of teeth is because the veneers are a bit too long or because my bite was changed. If this can be amended then I am 100% happy.

Bruno and Jasmine are always so lovely and friendly. Bruno is very thorough and explains everything throughout the appointment, he is also very gentle whilst doing the examination. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist.
