Very impressed

Bruno was very professional and helpful and spent time talking through the state of my teeth. Very impressed. I won't say I'm looking forward to having my fillings done but I know I'm in safe hands!

My experience

Routine check up was very thorough on this occasion. However much confusion over the time of my appointment as the day before I received a text saying my appointment was cancelled, fortunately the surgery called regarding another matter and I was told the appointment still stood, other than this happening I wouldn’t have turned up. Not impressed with the admin service.

Great

Helder might just be the nicest dentist I’ve had since I started going to the dentist over 20 years ago. He is helpful in a non demeaning nor patronising way, really listens and makes sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. He’s really great. I’m glad I have been put under his care.

A really good experience

It was a really good experience. The dentist was really nice and he seemed very efficient and he knew exactly what he was doing I was very happy to go to this dentist and if I decide to go to the private dentistry, I would definitely go to him.

My experience

Treatment / check up was very good.
Waiting room TV was set to Talk Tv which I find pretty obnoxious. Run by Rupert Murdoch and his extreme right wing group. It certainly didn’t calm me down before my appointment. I’ll have to bring headphones next time to drown out the sound if it’s on next time.
