The introduction of new Dentist very welcoming and calming. Excellent explanation of work that might need to be carried out. Both the dentist Bruno and his assistant were very professional.

Follow Up Arranged

As usual, the dealings at reception were good and the attention provided by the dentist excellent. The lack of response from the NHS at Boscombe for the extraction of some teeth was discussed and it was decided to refer me to an alternative practice in Lymington. My teeth were examined and a further appointment made for some fillings to be done.
Overall, a positive and enjoyable visit.

My experience

Although my Dentist is a very nice person and an excellent dentist I feel as if he really only wants private patients and after a long wait I feel as if my time with my dentist had been really rushed mainly advising me to get a product that could be helpful but is something I do not really need.

First class service

The dentist (Elder Esteves) provided fantastic first class service.
This was my first visit to the practice as an emergency appointment.
I was very impressed with first class quality service, advice and recommendations I received. The staff were all very friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and professional throughout my visit which left a positive and lasting first impression.
