What a refreshing change to actually spend more than 1 minute in the dentist chair! Myself & my 2 children were seen by a lovely private dentist: Joanna Farr, who spent quality time with each of us.
Full x-rays of teeth, explanations given on findings & my 2 children referred for orthodontic care. This was despite being extremely busy dealing with all the NHS patients that had been left in the lurch by the other dentist: Margarita (a vile, rude dentist who couldn't care less about any of her patients!). I'm so pleased she has gone, as I was going to put in an official complaint about her.
Let's hope the new NHS dentist who eventually replaces her is more compassionate, especially where children are concerned. I guess these days unless you pay for private care, you are treated like a 2nd class citizen. I hasten to add that all treatment done on this occasion was honoured free of charge for the children & NHS charges applied for me.

The staff at Avon Dental are very positive, caring and informative. My dentist makes my experience interesting and comfortable.
I feel fully confident with all procedures and practices that my dentist carries out and recommends. He's very knowledgeable and fully shares information that he feels I should know, or be aware of. He also checks for cancer in my mouth, throat, ears neck and head. Very thorough and caring, I actually look forward to going to my Dentist for all the care, treatment and attention I teceive!
