I left with a smile
I had a problem with a tooth which needed immediate attention. After leaving a message the team got in contact and had me in within 24 hours although they were very busy.
Justine performed some excellent treatment as usual and I left with a smile.
Best dentist I have used.

So lovely with my children
Receptionist was very helpful and polite, the dentist was fabulous as always - so lovely with my children.
I was a bit surprised to be asked about my covid form answers in the middle of the waiting room though in front of other patients waiting. I felt embarrassed by this.

My experience
Justine was friendly, took time during my NHS check up and was thorough. She was the same with my husband and daughter. Unlike the last dentist we all saw at the practice where the total check up time for each of us was 1.5 minutes from leaving the waiting room to returning to the waiting room. That was totally unacceptable when we pay for a 15 minute appointment. We are all much happier with the service since moving to Justine.

Check up and recommended treatment
I was booked in today to see Joanna Farr for a regular check up. I also had a few X-rays taken, which is included within the price of my check up. Joanna took time to explain the results and also prescribed a treatment plan for one of my upper back teeth that, was showing signs of decay. I cannot praise Joanna enough for her patience and kindness throughout my experience. In fact, Joanna has booked me in again later today, so she can complete my treatment.

Can't praise this practice enough, been with many years now and they still come through. Had a broken tooth causing problems, phoned next day, got emergency appointment from very helpful receptionist. Saw a dentist (Justine),who expertly guided me through the problem and resolved it, now no pain, can't thank enough for their expertise and professionalism.

My experience
The hygienist I felt was rude in the way she spoke to me when I asked if had paid or not. I was merely asking if this were the case or not and I didn’t think she was professional.
