Visit to Elizabeth for hygienist appointment. Always so friendly, helpful and cheerful. Makes me feel calm and has a great caring way. Highly recommend.

Check up
25min wait for check up but understand Helder was catching up from yesterday. Was kept informed of that when checking in by very nice receptionist. Check up in less than 10mins incl X-rays!!

My appointment this time was more acceptable as it was more gentle than the last visit. I made sure this time that I was told re injections and not surprised ! Being given two but not knowing !

Patient, calm
The dentists patience and calm during treatment. I was nervous as I always have been. I felt bad for him as I know I was shaking and scared. I did thank him and was very pleased with the results of my treatment.

On arrival the receptionist was very welcoming with a pleasant manner.
She took my card payment for the 6 monthly check up I was there for.
I went through to the patient's lounge I waited about 10 minutes
I went into the dentist room the dentist was also very pleasant and efficient she gave me a full examination of my mouth teeth and checked for any lumps and bumps that could indicate any problems.
All in all a good experience

I see Liz(hygienist) I am rather scared of anything to do with my teeth!!! But Liz is brilliant, so calm,kind and helpful. I have a plan & am staying with Smile as I'm very impressed. Really helped me get over my dentist phobia!!! Would recommend to a friend. Thanks Liz x

The kindness of the receptionist and the dentist herself explained everything in detail and was very aware and considerate of how afraid I am. She did all she could to put me at ease.
