I saw Joanna as a first-time patient. She was thorough in her examination and assessment. I felt relaxed and listened to with regard to my history. She was friendly and professional.

Caring, efficient

Friendly and helpful, competent and caring, efficient and patient. I spoke to another patient before she went in for her treatment and she was very complimentary about Mr Helder Esteves which relieved my mind.

Lovely highly recommended dentist

My dentist always puts me at ease from the minute I enter her room. She is fully aware I have extreme dental anxiety due to treatment previously received elsewhere. She is very calm and explains every step. If I need extra pain relief it is never an issue. I am always relieved to see it is her and she is still there. A lovely highly recommended dentist.

My experience

How quickly I was seen by the dentist, she barely looked in my mouth, I wasn't even in the room for 3 minutes. I only see the dentist once a year and really expected a little more of a checkup.

The thorough examination Justine performed and feedback given with my general check-up.
I also enquired about teeth whitening and Justine was very helpful and gave me information on the procedure and coatings.
