Reception lovely, friendly welcoming and very helpful.
Dental nurse very polite and friendly.
The dentist we saw was very rude and patronising - rolling eyes and huffing at questions isn’t what you want to have to deal with when attending the dentist with your children.
I have asked to move moved from her as neither of my children or myself will be seeing her again.
I relayed to my husband what had happened and both him & the kids couldn’t believe how she was with us. Not a pleasant visit .
But reception dealt with it very nicely and have ensured I won’t be seeing her again.
The reception were brilliant.

I was so impressed
I was so impressed with my recent visit, Liz was incredibly kind and professional and she made me feel at ease- we spent some time speaking about my dental hygiene and she gave me lots of helpful tips and tricks! So pleased with how they’re looking.
