My experience
Helda has been my dentist for a number of years. I have found him to be a skilful, professional dentist. My only negative comment is having been asked to pay for my dental treatment prior to being seen. I found this to be somewhat offensive and by implication questioned my integrity to pay my fee on completion of my treatment. Dental care is expensive and not being given the choice to register as a NHS patient can lead to patients suffering due to not having funds to pay for their treatment.

Patient and precise
I have to say Sara was excellent with my filling. It was quite long but she was patient and precise. She has a very pleasant manner and i have complete confidence in her dentistry skills. She is an undoubted asset to the Practice.

Attentive, informative, friendly

Bruno Lopes is an excellent dentist. Polite with good personal skills. Gentle but strong when needed, when doing the dentistry. You feel safe in his hands. I even recommend him to my 91 year old mother who also thought he is very good.

I was really impressed
I came into the surgery today to see Helder. He allocated enough time to go through everything and carry out some treatment. This was my first time with Helder, as my wife and I were previously under the care of Mrs Joanna Farr. I was really impressed with how professional and thorough Helder was during my time with him. We had a good discussion and provisionally agreed on a future treatment plan. Overall, I was completely satisfied with my overall experience. Could I also give a shout out for Jess on reception. She is very efficient and friendly. A good asset to the practice.
