Emergency appointment

I had an emergency appointment, the receptionist was very helpful phoned me back as I told her I would be coming in by bus so could not make a quick appointment, all the staff were very kind and I was seen the same day after discussing all my options for treatment.

Lovely new surgery

Lovely new surgery and equipment. All staff friendly and after 10 months of shielding I didnt feel unsafe.

Almost a Pleasure

I had my second visit to my dentist Baphelile Masango the other day to have significant work done to repair a badly broken molar. The tooth was rebuild with composite material over a prolonged session, during this time and afterwards I can honestly say I felt no pain whatsoever. Thanks to Baphelile and her assistant who made the experience almost pleasurable!

I have been having treatment with Joanna Farr. She is one of only a few dentists who really make me feel comfortable and helps to reduce all my anxiety with her natural calmness. Wearing full protective equipment she made sure I was able to signal to her if I needed her to stop at any time. She regularly checked that i was still OK. The whole practice was beautifully clean and the receptionists so friendly both on the phone and in person during the meet and greet.
Joanna has now made referrals for me to help resolve my issues, she really understands and remembers previous conversations and previous history.

Although it took a few weeks to get an appointment, I saw my usual team, 'B' and Nikki, who wore full protective gear in their sparkling clean surgery. I felt totally protected from the virus from admission to the building (temp check, handwash, and form filled to make sure I was virus free), masked staff, and a large waiting room set up to ensure social distancing. I needed 3 appointments and the treatment carried out on a broken back tooth was difficult but done with such care and professionalism, with no corners cut. I have total faith in this NHS practice in their new location and so happy I am enrolled as a patient.
