When seeing the hygienist first, my teeth clean was very thorough then after I went for a checkup and the Dentist was very friendly which helps higher the spirits at possibly a anxious time.

Dental appointment
The dentist proved gentle applying anaesthetics and was extremely good at picking up on cues from client with respect to pain levels, further the comments around work area access with the client made it feel more of a team effort. I.e help them to help you, " head down , towards me" simple cues but fosters trust. Being asked to position rather than yanked makes a difference.

Joanna is excellent. She has taken so much time on getting my denture right. Often have trouble getting through on the phone though- I can ring and ring but no-one answers. Very frustrating. To continue... the receptionist is excellent - always polite and helpful and does seem to answer the phone quickly.
