Pleasant man, with a female assistant, felt at ease, as it's not my favourite appointment, told me what I needed to be doing for my teeth to be healthy, hopefully see again in 6 months, nothing to be done in the meantime.

So gentle and explains everything

Have been attending Avon Practice for a couple of years now and could not speak highly enough about it. The staff are lovely and friendly. My appointments are always punctual. My dentist Eurico is so gentle and explains everything really well.

Dentist was caring

The treatment I received was very good and the dentist was caring and explained everything. I saw a different dentist and wasn’t told before the appointment. My dentist went on maternity leave and no one has told she is not coming back either. My treatment is always very good and dentist very gentle and explains everything.

They take the time to explain

I have been going to Avon Dental Practice for several years now for check-ups and also the hygienist. All the staff are very friendly and happy to help with any questions or concerns I have had about anything. The dental treatment I have had has been done well and they take the time to explain what is being done during any procedures.

Everything was explained clearly

After cracking a tooth/filling the previous day, I contacted Avon Dental Practice as they opened in the morning. After initially finding the lines engaged I got through shortly after and found it easy to make a booking for later the same day. The receptionist was friendly and helpful.
Arrived on time and waited about 25min after my appointment time before I was called in.
The dentist and the dental nurse were fantastic. Everything was explained clearly and I'm very pleased with my new filling. Thank you.

Staff were extremely supportive

I was so impressed with the level of care taken, I'm anxious about dentists and the staff were extremely supportive of that and patient with me, the work I've had done is exactly what I hoped for, overall very pleased with my experience.
