Avon Dental Practice
My visit was for intermittent tooth ache across several teeth. Identified the beginning of an abscess and discovered the cause which was not decay related. Time and effort taken to identify cause was excellent.
Although a very busy practice didn't mean quality suffered and wasn't rushed.

I feel welcome and comfortable
Having a personality disorder it is often difficult in public situations, my dentist and her technician are wonderful. They have made the dreaded trip all the more worth while to see them, also true of the receptionists they always make me feel welcome and comfortable. I would recommend these ladies with high esteem and well due a pay rise!!

Courteously treated with the utmost respect
You have email communication operational, which is vital for me personally as I am hearing impaired and cannot understand voice on the telephone, but 1-2-1 is fine as I can augment what I do ‘hear’ with lipreading. You have expert friendly staff, both on reception and in the dentistry working area I was courteously treated with the utmost respect and had my procedure clearly explained to me. On my initial visit with you a failed root canal was discovered during my initial examination and immediate removal of it during a filling dental treatment. Easy access, good parking, offending tooth was offered, which was done, there and then. During my most recent visit, I was given an anaesthetic, excellent, so made it the first time I have ever experienced 'nothingness',

Polite, friendly and helpful
The receptionist is lovely, always polite, friendly and helpful. The dentist I see is amazing. I'm petrified of dentists and she is so good with me always reassuring me and tells me what she's going to do. She is so patient, caring and thoughtful, never makes me feel like a pain. Would recommend this dentist to anyone, can't fault them at all.
