Amazing, so gentle and kind
I visited Heidi the hygienist, she was amazing, so gentle and kind. I am very nervous going to the dentist she was brilliant and made me feel so relaxed.

I find the dental service very thorough and helpful. Since coming to your practice my gums have improved due to your conscientious Hygienist. My experience has always been good.

Dental appointment
The dentists are great it's the reception staff that need work on. No one ever answers the phone, I have to come down to the surgery if I ever want to speak to anyone. Last time I had an appointment I was put down as being under 18 so I then recieved a fine from the NHS, I told this to the person on reception when my daughter had an appointment and they just turned round and said 'oh right' they have no customer service skills at all.

I would recommend this practice
I thought Avon Dental Practice was very clean, the receptionist friendly and professional but the best fact for me was how kind and reassuring the lady dentist was. She explained what she was doing and gave advice on problem areas. Going to the dentist doesn't worry me but it would some and having the dentist l saw would put the patient at ease. I would recommend this practice.

Emergency appointment
A seven year old crown detached from my tooth prior to a four day bank holiday. The dentist arranged an emergency appointment and she and the dental nurse worked well after hours to ensure the crown was replaced correctly. I cannot speak more highly of their professionalism and dedication.
