Dental appointment

Its a very good place. The only downside for me is not having a regular dentist. You see the dentist once, and the next time you go they are no longer there. Appears to be a very high turnover of Dentists.

My dentist was very calm and kind

My dentist was very calm and kind, very softly spoken which made me feel relaxed. he explained things well and gave me advice too. He was great, even my very anxious teenage son said he really liked him, he was also very gentle.

Dental appointment

After the practice cancelled my appointment twice and on the second occasion I was actually on my way for the appointment when you phoned to say dentist was ill, I was not happy. When on my 3rd appointment I wasn't kept waiting too long before my treatment. The practice could do a lot better, also there appears to be a quick turnover of dentists, I see a different dentist every time I go, why is this?

Thank you for taking your time to comment. I can only apologise for the cancellations as sickness is out of my control. We currently have 3 permanent dentists here and they have all been here for nearly a year.

Good service but 10 minutes wait. However bit annoyed that someone parked in your car park but went to hospital!
