I brought my toddler for her first dental check up and it was important to me that she did not get any anxiety about the visit so this would not cause future issues in the future. The experience was faultless, very professional and lovely dentist. My daughter was given a little toy afterwards which she absolutely loved and even took it to bed with her at nighttime to cuddle. I feel that any work done on my teeth would only be advised if necessary. This gives me great confidence for coming again and trusting the advice given, thank you.

Very good communication systems around appointments etc.

Very pleased to have an NHS practice
Quite happy with all aspects of visits - very little work needed so all appointments are mainly routine checkups now. All staff very pleasant. Very pleased to have an NHS practice which so far has not gone into private practice just as one gets used to them.

Emergency appointment
Went for emergency treatment yesterday, the dentist extracted 2 teeth, 1 she left some tooth behind and she took the wrong tooth out for the second I now have to be in pain until Friday until the next convenient time, my face is bruised and mouth very sore.
