Friendly and cheerful

Everyone was very helpful, friendly and cheerful. I was a day early, but they fitted me in. The hygienist was very good, helpful and supportive.

Brilliant, very thorough

The Hygienist I saw today was brilliant, very thorough and I didn’t feel a thing, after being a bit worried it may be uncomfortable, so I was very happy. Will be requesting this lady when I book back in.

Filling replacement

A filling came out from one of my lower molars. After an x-ray the dentist numbed me up and replaced the filling. I was a brave boy (age 68) and did not grip the chair arms tight enough to change their shape.

Prompt timing

Prompt timing for appointment with Hilary and as always very pleased to be able to make regular hygienist appointments - especially as an older person who is keen to try and prevent too much deterioration in gum and teeth health. Thank you very much, Hilary.

So caring towards me

The entrance and the receptionist was very polite.
Also the dentist was so caring towards me (I have breast cancer), she even saw me in a room downstairs because the stairs were too much for me. I would definitely go to the dentist any time.

First rate

The professional welcome by a new ( to me) receptionist was excellent. I also heard him dealing with a telephone query and I observed how patient and warm was his approach. Dental services also first rate.

Check up

Standard check up and I cannot comment on the care although it seemed to cover everything I needed, the politeness and general customer service of the dentist and nurse helped me as a nervous patient.
