Excellent reception staff
I had to cancel my appointment due to illness but called today to reschedule. The receptionist was brilliant. Very kind and helpful, found an appointment and even called back to do my prescription. I think it helps so much to have such a friendly manner, patience and time to listen.

Can honestly say all the staff are polite, friendly and very efficient. I have always been treated very well and I would say if ever they had any spaces on their patient list then I would get your name down. They are truly wonderful....... so I expect you're wondering why I only gave 4 stars, well it was because of the entrance and the overgrown shrubs and bushes, if they didn't have signs up saying it was a dentist then you could easily mistake it for an empty premises. A few years ago I would of sorted it for nothing but due to my health issues I am unable....... I would bet my last pound that somebody out there that uses this practice would love to get their hands on it.

My experience
My treatment was OKish. I was aware that there was a certain amount of urgency with my treatment, which didn’t help to make me feel relaxed during the appointment. The whole thing was rushed clearly to get me out the door as quickly as possible and get the next patient in.

No painkilling injection offered which I had mentioned because opening my mouth makes me gag. No opportunity to rinse mouth so I swallowed some material.
