I’m so very grateful

Manisha has been a VERY thorough Dentist in whom I have a great deal of confidence. She referred me to be checked for mouth cancer. Fortunately it wasn’t but I did need a biopsy as the Consultant wasn’t sure. I’m so very grateful to her.

My experience

I went for my appointment and was informed it had been cancelled, however, I had not be notified of the cancellation via either text or phone. I was squeezed in - but not impressed. If you do need to cancel appointments for a good reason, please let your patients know.

Chipping Manor (Cirencester) Dental

The dentist really listened to my concerns and checked and double checked my teeth.
The nurse was super helpful too and came back to reception to update me on the x-ray.

My experience

I turned up to my appointment to be told it had been cancelled. No phone call or email. This has happened to me before. Managed to likely get an appointment a week later. Overall service was good.
