No hesitation in recommending
1) That on this occasion I was able to get an emergency appointment on the same day that I phoned to request one.
2) I hadn’t met this Dentist before but she checked all my teeth thoroughly to be sure it was just one that needed treatment. She explained each stage of the repair and I was very satisfied with the procedure. I have been a patient at this Practice for over 10 years and have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

My experience
My only criticism is that I had to wait almost a year for treatment (two broken fillings) due to cancelled appointments and then a long delay between appointments. The treatment I received eventually though was excellent.

My review is not as a patient but as a member of a very new expanding team, the team I work with are… the majority fairly new including myself (receptionist) and we are trying so hard to rebuild those broken relationships caused mainly by covid that destroyed many once easily functioning businesses, it has not been easy for our patients we understand this and we are doing our best to rebuild and reconnect it will take time we know, so my 5 stars are for the colleagues and company that I work for, I know we are trying our best in a tough situation at the moment! Hopefully our patients will start to see the benefits in the near future if they haven’t been lucky enough already. If you have been lucky and seen us more recently please leave a review .

This is a really good practice. Sally the dentist is great, so is Abigail. The nurses are really lovely and all do a brilliant job from the second you walk in the door right up until you leave. Friendly and welcoming which is what you need at the dentist because no one actually enjoys going to see them.
Can be difficult to get an appointment since covid but this is understandable given the circumstances, but have always been offered advice and guidance even if I can’t get an appointment straight away.

I love this dental practice. I think it is a really happy and friendly place to be. All the staff are welcoming and helpful. I always look forward to going.
