What a lovely experience it was going to the dentist. I am usually very nervous going to the dentist but they made me feel very comfortable and explained everything very well. Special shout out to Amy, thank you for all your hard work.

This practice was good before lockdown but the recent experience of myself and my husband has been of repeated last minute cancellation of appointments and great difficulty in getting through to the practice on the phone. 2 stars

I had to have an emergency appointmenton 16/09/2020 becauseI had developed an abscess under a tooth.I rang the surgery and the receptionist could not have been more helpful.because of the covid restrictions she told me what I needed to do when I arrived.My appointment was for 12.15 but when I was driving there I had a phone call from the surgery saying could I get there any earlier.I arrived at 12.00 and the dentist met me at the side door and took me up to the treatment room.
She was a young Indian dentist and she was superb she explained exactly what she needed to do ,which entailed removing the tooth.Now I am not very keen on dentists but she immediately put me at my ease.I was very pleased with the result and I thought she was brilliant.I couldnt thank her enough after sitting up all night with excruciating pain,

I have recently registered at this practice. Welcoming reception who listened carefully when I explained I was very anxious. Efficient and prompt registration with appointment offered. Today I saw Kalpha who gave me a detailed examination and at all times a clear explanation before commencing. She clearly understood my anxiety and has a lovely, calm reassuring manner. I was shown my X rays and advice given. Thank you.

I recently registered and advised my mum and boyfriend to register too. They were both very nervous as they hadn’t been to the dentist in a long time. We’ve all had a great experience with the practice. The staff are friendly (Kalpha saw all three of us and is lovely and gentle).

Really lovely practice, registering was so easy, very nice place, staff are great. Very impressed!
