Excellent and sympathetic treatment
Excellent and sympathetic treatment of a rather nervous elderly lady! Particularly pleased to be treated in the downstairs surgery without having requested it (am disabled, and somebody clearly remembered).
Only criticism is that you can't fill in the form you get sent in advance because if you can't sign it, it doesn't get accepted for transmission!

A next day appointment
I quickly accepted a next day appointment when ringing the practice after having painful toothache. I didn't have to wait long before being called in for my appointment. The dentist was Keshan, he was very friendly, professional and made me feel comfortable after feeling apprehensive about what treatment I would be. He explained the issue and all the options in great detail. He was very helpful and made the experience easier than I imagined.
