After three short notice cancellations I was very satisfied with today’s appointment. I was at one stage considering changing dentists as a result of the cancellations but if today’s experience continues into the future, then I will be glad that I have stayed with the practice.

My consultation was really great
I had not been to a dentist in long time as get very anxious and had bad past experiences.
I was put at ease straight away with a warm welcome and great empathy. My consultation was really great, X-rays, scans and left with a clear treatment plan and was explained and discussed which was excellent. Great job and will go back to see my plan through which so many times have not.

Very gentle, very thorough
Great service, lady dentist downstairs, very gentle, very thorough, advised me of the best option, not at all keen on visiting the dentist but this lady was excellent and made me feel relaxed. The problem soon sorted and was on my way again. Thank you so much. The young man who she had assisting her was very nice and very helpful, getting me sorted to buy some mouthwash and offering me advice on how to use it
