So nice, patient, and understanding
I cannot recommend this practice enough. From the moment you book the appointment to having the check up or treatment, even the aftercare. The whole team work as a team and go above and beyond with kindness, putting you at ease.
I was very nervous as I had a very bad past experience, but Sally was so nice, patient, and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble.

The procedure was fully explained
I was treated courteously and with respect, the procedure was fully explained. I was given information on how to look after my teeth and what lifestyle changes would benefit them. I was very pleased how the team handled the procedure in what is really a huge invasion of one's personal space.
