A very comfortable atmosphere
They answered any and all of my questions without making me feel stupid for not knowing something. They regularly checked that I was ok and created a very comfortable atmosphere to be in.

It was the first time attending the dentist as I usually travel back to my home town dentist every few months, 30 odd miles away. This dentist was recommended by a few people, and I can see why. Hannah was lovely. I came with my two young girls. She made us all feel very welcome, and involved the girls in as much as she could. 10/10 recommend. Hannah was very informative.

Even though the appointments were running late a member of staff let me know it was running late and also apologised for the delay, the lateness of the appointment was not an issue for for me anyway

Chipping Manor starts with excellent front desk service (always helpful and approachable). The dentists are always patient, understanding and highly professional. Today (29-01-25), Dr Keshan Pillay was very thorough in his full examination, assessment and dental advice. Thank You.

Explained what was going to happen
Keshan was very helpful, explained what was going to happen during the examination as this was the first time we had met, and he needed to see the mouth and teeth so he could get a better understanding, he explained each process and what he was expecting to find, definitely put me at ease.

Chipping Manor (Cirencester) Dental Practice
Hannah and her dental assistant had a very personable and professional manner. I felt I was in extremely good hands and Hannah gave me good advice and made me feel confident with my current dental care at home. She is a great asset to Chipping Manor and I feel very fortunate to now have her as my dentist.
