Excellent hygienist session
Helpful reception staff and excellent hygienist session. Disappointed with lack of availability for NHS appointments for my children and delay in their scheduled follow up appointments but option to access private input with chosen dentist was useful.

My experience
Feel we were fobbed off. Braces aren’t now doing what they’re meant to be doing as they snipped a wire off which was an absolute ‘no’ by dentist ! Advised by orthodontist we should have 6/8 weeks appointment but the only appointment available is nearly 12 weeks.
Conflicting information from dentist, orthodontist and second orthodontist. Really really terrible. Not sure what to believe or trust. Meanwhile teenager has braces for longer than necessary because of this!! And that doesn’t even cover a 2 year delay because of incompetence of filling out a simple form by referring dentist….

Emergency appointment
Rang for an emergency appointment this morning and got one straight away, receptionist was so lovely and calm. Dentist was amazing, I explained I was nervous and she talked me through everything and was so kind and attentive.
