Before hygienist commenced descaling she informed me of revised
Increase in cost, due to my not being a registered patient with a dentist. I don't recall being told this differential when making the hygiene appointment.
I therefore agreed to pay the rate I was told, minus the deposit paid at the time of booking.

A tooth extraction

I attended Chipping Manor for a tooth extraction. The receptionist was polite and cheerful. My appointment was on time and the dentist was excellent. She had a kind, calm manner and I felt confident in her care. The extraction was over within 15 minutes.

I saw the Hygienist today, she was very thorough finding out about my teeth cleaning routine. I had been quite nervous because of previous treatment with another Hygienist, but I had no need to be, she was wonderful.
