My experience

The receptionists were very cheerful and helpful. The dentist and her assistant were also very pleasant. The dentist kept me well informed of what she was doing and constantly asked if I was ok and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. However this was rather spoilt when the receptionist informed me at the end that she was unable to book my next appointment because the current dentist was leaving and they didn’t, as yet, have a replacement and my name would be added to list for a future appointment as and when this was possible. If I didn’t hear anything by October/November to give them a ring. Not what I would expect to hear when I have been to this practice for a number of years.

Lovely dentist

I have been a patient at Chipping Manor Dental Practice since they first came to Cirencester and throughout this time, the staff have been friendly and welcoming.
Yesterday I attended the Practice for treatment and very much appreciated the professionalism and expertise of ‘my’ dentist Manishe for repairing a broken tooth/filling that had originally been filled over thirty years ago! She kindly explained each stage of the procedure as she and her Dental Nurse worked and allowed for short breaks between the stages of treatment where possible. Manishe is such a lovely dentist!

Sally is a great dentist. I was seen ahead of time and she is very reassuring throughout whatever work she is doing and makes sure that I am kept informed of what needs to be done and any follow up recommendations.
