I had 2 consecutive appointments with the hygienist and the dentist, half an hour apart. Hardly any initial waiting time and no waiting time between the two appointments, which were done in less time than expected. Efficient and charming dentist and hygienist, performing complete mouth check-up and answering any patient's queries. A smooth and very pleasant double visit.

Chipping Manor Dentist Practice
On the day of our appointments the service was very good, seen on time (1st time ever). What let you down was the cancellations we had from previous appointments. This was due to the other dentist being unavailable that we had booked. Admittedly one was because of bugs.
Kelper Patel and Dental Nurse Emma were very friendly, happy and very kind by letting us know she had a cancellation after us so could see my daughter who was with us. They put my daughter at ease and showed her the tools before using them. A more positive experience than previous dentists we’ve seen in the past. A Huge Thank You.
The Receptionist was friendly too, she apologised for the wait to see her after our appointment - which was not long really.

Good emergency appointment
Having never needed an emergency appointment, I didnt know how it worked and wasn’t optimistic I would be able to get an appointment. However, I was seen within a day and a half. The receptionists were very helpful and understanding. The appointment started on time. The dentist was thorough.
