I had a fantastic experience with Molly at the dental practice. She is incredibly professional, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I sat in the chair. Molly took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment.

The treatment was gentle, thorough, and stress-free, which really helped calm my usual nerves about visiting the dentist. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in her work.

Had a dental appointment today - June MacDonald - just like to acknowledge the professionalism of Ainsley the Dentist, the reception staff, but particularly the new Hygienist, Jenna hope put me at ease, and helped me cope with my anxiety during tge dental visit.

The staff are all friendly and make you feel welcome. Ainsley and Amy are a great team and work well together, ensuring each visit is comfortable and everything is explained fully. The service is always excellent from them, ensuring my visits are easy and treatment is always done well.

I can’t recommend Coatbridge Family Dental Care enough. Keith and his incredible team really strive to give you the absolute best results. Originally went to the practise due to a broken wisdom tooth, during my initial consultation with my patient care coordinator Leanne she listened to all my concerns regarding my teeth and recommended treatment options to suit my needs.

I have recently just completed Invisalign treatment with Keith, and I couldn’t be happier with the results they have exceeded my expectations the confidence my new smile has given me is life changing. I have had an incredible experience, from the initial contact, to orthodontist referrals, and choosing to complete the Invisalign treatment within the practice as I did not want to go down the route of traditional braces. The support and guidance throughout the journey the practice provided has been amazing.

I can’t thank Molly enough from Coatbridge family dental care. My son is autistic and I’ve struggled to get him to allow a dentist near his mouth. I’ve tried other dental practice’s and thought to myself enough is enough I’m asking my own dental practice to try again with him. And that’s when we got introduced to Molly Richmond. Molly took her time to build a bond and a nice wee relationship with my 10 year old son making him feel safe and secure. Molly is the only dentist that my son has allowed to look at his mouth and teeth. As a mum you can imagine how anxious I was and I’m feeling overwhelmed and thankful that my son has finally had treatment and has been able to have a filling done and I never ever thought this would be achievable due to my sons challenges. My son really struggles with new environments and he was also scared of the dentist. Not anymore though as my son said he had a good experience and felt safe with Molly. Molly is caring and empathetic and has so much patience with children. Jordan doesn’t want any other dentist except from Molly. I hope the practice manager has saw this review and realises how valuable Molly is. I would highly recommend Molly for all children’s including children who are autistic to go with Molly as their dentist, especially children who are scared or anxious of the dentist. I can’t thank Molly enough and I am so grateful and relieved that my son has finally found the perfect dentist for him. This has also lifted a weight off my shoulder’s.
