Attended for 1 large filling and 3 smaller ones. Was feeling a bit congested but treatment was explained clearly and advised it could stop if i was uncomfortable. Very clear instruction given to me at each stage and full treatment completed. Very satisfied and would recommend to friends and family.

Made a phone call at 8.30 and was seen at 11.00, very good service.

I was in recently getting a new tooth replacement as one had to be removed due to decay. The dentist and nurse were great as always and very informative regarding moving forward with my dental care and ways to improve my oral hygiene. The staff are very attentive and friendly.

I attended for my check up, clean and small filling. As usual Ainsley put me at ease. Used to be so nervous attending the dentist but now I’m more confident and less worried.

Absolutely over the moon with the service I was provided with to help me achieve my perfect smile. Leanne was always very responsive on WhatsApp answering any questions I had. The results from the bonding Keith done have completely transformed my smile and I cannot thank him and the rest of his team enough. To anyone who is on the fence about getting work done at Coatbridge Family Dental care, do it! I couldn’t fault them one bit.

I was having a laugh with my hairdresser when I got a glimpse of my teeth in the mirror! I quickly closed my mouth as I felt embarrassed by the colour of my teeth. I decided to speak to Keith at my next routine appointment regarding teeth whitening. He explained everything to me which put me at ease and I'm delighted to say that I went ahead with the treatment. I had some scans done of my mouth so that they could make the correct trays for my teeth. I was then seen by Laura the hygienist who again explained how to use the trays and how to fill them. I only had to use them at night which made it so easy to do.
I am absolutely delighted with the result and would have no hesitation in recommending teeth whitening to anyone. This has been a pain free and stress free experience for me.

Had course of treatment done by Ainsley. Superb dentist, really puts you at ease especially if you are nervous. All treatment done in one appointment, no pain whatsoever, great dentist.

Dr Sophie MacLean and Eilidh the dental nurse were outstanding. The entire appointment was was very swift and efficient with amazing results. I would highly recommend both of them when pursuing any dental work and will be returning to her in the future.

I have suffered with poor dental hygiene since I got an infection from a poorly extracted tooth when I was 6 - nearly 30 years ago! As such, I only visited the dentist when I was in extreme pain, but was constantly getting toothache, gum abscesses, broken teeth, etc. I’m also terrified of needles and particularly oral injections.

I found CFDC through Google reviews and Facebook after my dentist at the time told me he wouldn’t be able to help in the time that I needed it done. Leanne talked to me initially about what I would like done and then I had a consultation with Keith who told me what I needed done to fix the issues. Knowing what I needed done, and wanted to be done, and being thoroughly impressed with the service I’d received so far, I decided to go ahead with CFDC and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

As a nervous patient to begin with, Keith listened to my concerns and anxieties and talked me through them, but also didn’t let me sit and wallow in my fear of needles. Before I even knew it my mouth was numb and I didn’t feel a thing. The painless injection method that Keith uses is such an improvement on the old huge needle and plunger to the point where I’m no longer scared of it!

The work I needed done and wanted done took, in total, about 20 appointments over 8 months, and the outcome is fantastic. I had crowns, bridges and veneers and I honestly can’t tell which ones are my “real” teeth and which ones aren’t! They look and feel just like real teeth.

Nowadays I’m smiling and laughing more, I’m more confident, and I don’t feel the need to hide my mouth behind my hand to hide discoloured, broken teeth. Keith took a very difficult mouth and a very anxious patient and worked magic. I can’t thank him enough.

But while Keith done all the work I can’t praise the entire team enough. Leanne has done nothing but encourage and help me along the way. Lesley and Gillian on reception are always so helpful and greet you by first name before you’ve even told them why you’re there! Gemma was Keith’s assistant most of the time at my appointments and she was also fantastic, always friendly and asking how I’d been and how my day was going. On top of that, Laura, the hygienist, is a real credit to the practice - she’s so incredibly gentle while working on your teeth it would be easy to fall asleep while getting a scale and polish!

I could sing the praises of every single person in the practice all day but the bottom line is I have never felt so welcomed, cared for, and well looked after by dentist as I have at CFDC. I will never need to look for a new dentist because I have complete faith in Keith and the team and know my oral health will be in top shape from now on.

If you’re anxious about the dentist, if you’re in pain and need something fixed, if you’re self-conscious about your smile, if you need anything at all done by a dentist - speak to CFDC. You will not regret it.

Ainsley is always great with the kids. They actually really look forward to their checkups! She is really patient with them all, she answers their (many) questions and most importantly- lets them have a shot of the seat!
