I had broken my front tooth last night and I phoned this morning and managed to be fitted in this afternoon which was great. At my appointment my dentist Sophie was great, she made me feel at ease, she talked to me about her dogs and was also very professional in the work she done, both Sophie and the dental Nurse Sophie talked me through everything they were doing.

Glad I went
After many years of having bad experiences with dentists. I knew I had to go. Went with the same dentist as my kids. After my first appointment, I knew I had to go back. Ainsley assured me how it would all go. So glad I went now.

Once again the practice delivered for me while in for a check up and visit to see the hygienist. From the minute you walk in the door the whole team treat you with full respect and professionalism offering honest advice while using the most up to date techniques and observing exceptionally high attention to all aspects of health and safety while you are there. Emergency Appointment
I recently had to attend Coatbridge Family Dentist due to a broken tooth. Ainsley saw me as an emergency and was excellent as usual. She gave me advise on best form of treatment, explained procedures once we has decided on treatment course and explained costs involved. I was able to get my treatment completed quickly and efficiently. Ainsley really puts me at ease with her professional, friendly manner. I used to be really scared of attending dentist but due to Ainsley and her colleagues that has definitely changed.

I recently chipped a front upper tooth and as it was one which had previously been repaired, I needed to have it examined to see if it was worth saving. It was decided on examination that it could be saved so was booked in for a repair. I wasn’t in any pain so it wasn’t a problem having to come back on another day to have the repair carried out. It was done so professionally I didn’t even have to clench my fingers together as I normally do, so very happy.

Everyone made me feel very welcome during my visits to the practice. I can be quite nervous at the dentist however, everyone made me feel very at ease. The pain free anaesthetic was very helpful in easing my fear of needles and Keith spoke me through the procedures before beginning them. I’d highly recommend to others in future.
