John as always put me at ease. He explained the whole procedure very well always making sure throughout that I'm coping. He is an excellent dentist but just as important to me at least he is a very caring and professional person.
I've had lots of problems in the past with my teeth due to health issues and just wish I had John in the past.

I am so happy with the outcome
I am so happy with the outcome of my dental appointment, both Sophie’s were amazing at putting me at ease and Sophie explained every step in detail, she was very professional and I totally trusted her. I was feeling nervous and scared but I never felt a thing through the whole treatment and came out thinking now I would like to replace all my silver fillings as the experience was very positive and Sophie was so caring and understanding and made a great job on my smile, thank you very much again.

Absolutely incredible
Sophie was absolutely incredible. My 11 year had to get some teeth removed to make way for her braces. She was absolutely terrified and not sure what to expect. She said it all felt worse as she hadn’t been to the dentist in such a long time due to Covid. 2 1/2 years to be exact. Sophie was incredible, she put my daughter at ease, explained what would happen, what to expect and how it would all feel and sound. At each step she talked her through everything. This put my daughter at ease almost immediately. Sophie was able to take her mind off what was happening with her calming nature and tone. Can’t thank you enough Sophie. Fear of the dentist completely averted. Amazing work.

Fantastic dentist best one I have been to.
I recently had Invisalign and replaced some silver filling with white ones. Keith and all the staff were great they explained everything and treatment was painless with great results.

The best, so lovely
3 month check up with Ainsley and she really is the best. So lovely and easy to chat with, she talks you through everything that she is doing, advises to tell her to stop if anything is too sore. Makes you really feel at ease, love coming to her and good at giving advice on anything I ask her in regards to toothbrushes, tools etc. Always leave with a pleasant experience.

Coatbridge Family healthcare staff are very pleasant and very professional, when you get an appointment they very rarely run behind and leave sitting about for ages, if they happen to behind they are very apologetic take you as quickly as possible but never had this problem, thanks.

Excellent treatment
I had a couple of white fillings with Ainsley. A little bit tricky, as my teeth are quite crowded but she done a fantastic job. I also had scans and X-rays for Invisalign braces. Everything was explained to me so I feel really confident about choosing this treatment. Throughout my treatment, Ainsley checked if I was ok or needed a break. I would highly recommend this dental practice for anyone that’s nervous.
