I had a couple of white fillings with Ainsley. A little bit tricky, as my teeth are quite crowded but she done a fantastic job. I also had scans and X-rays for Invisalign braces. Everything was explained to me so I feel really confident about choosing this treatment. Throughout my treatment, Ainsley checked if I was ok or needed a break. I would highly recommend this dental practice for anyone that’s nervous.

As an extremely nervous patient, and, after years of neglecting my teeth, I finally plucked up the courage to make an appointment with Coatbridge family dental care.
I was immediately put at ease by Ainsley’s professional and friendly manner. Ainsley was understanding of my fears and took the time to talk me through my treatment plan.
My treatment was spread across a number of appointments and at every visit, Ainsley, Moonah and Eilidh were always very patient with me and went out their way to make me feel comfortable and at ease.
I cannot thank you all enough for helping me rebuild my confidence in visiting the dentist. You all are a credit to your profession.

I recently finished treatment CBFD I had a brace and used invisalign. I had a massive fear of the dentist when I joined this dentist and went to appointments for several years before deciding to get a brace.

The dentist Keith was fantastic and has helped me to get over my fear. I had a severe squint in my teeth and never smiled in pictures. This has changed massively since I finished treatment and has helped to boost my confidence and give me my smile back. Thank you! Fantastic dentist!

Was very worried about attending the dentist after a very negative experience some years ago. I was put at ease immediately. The work I needed done was to a high standard and I was so impressed with the professionalism of the staff, Thank you :)

Had to get a tooth out, wasn’t looking forward to it, been putting it off for years. Eventually had to bite the bullet and have it removed. Everything was explained to me in depth, got the jags, tooth out, done. Minimal to zero pain during the extraction which was over and done with in less than 5 seconds. Brilliant.

John always makes me feel at ease, when visiting

Reminder by text is a brilliant idea especially when there is so much going on in everyday life. Regular visit to Laura the hygienist keeps on top of tartar build up and advice on good habits for cleaning and brushing. Always has a smile as do the dental nurses.
Check up with Keith is always thorough and so grateful once you hear everything is looking good.

Wonderful dental treatment from John (as usual), he takes his time to explain everything in a manner that you understand, open to any questions, you don't feel that you are being hurried along even if John is running a bit late, he still makes time to answer last minute queries.
The dental nurses and receptionists are also very helpful, pleasant and friendly.
I would recommend this practice 100%.

Treated myself to a Cosmic Clean instead of the usual scale and polish. Was my first one but will definitely not be my last. It is a different sensation to the usual scale and polish, a bit like putting Creamola Foam in your mouth ( for those old enough to remember that). It certainly does remove any staining and makes your teeth look and feel super clean. Thank you John. Would highly recommend.

As a child I was provided with medical drinks by my doctor, little did my family or I know these were filled with sugar and ultimately caused damage to my teeth. Due to many visits to the dentist I became very scared of and did not attend the dentist for years. After a poor experience at a previous dentist I began looking for a new dentist and I am so glad I did. I found Coatbridge Family Dental Care in 2017 and met with Keith. The amazing Keith and his staff (including receptionists) have all been so kind, patient and welcoming to me. This put me at so much ease! I needed some fillings and Keith told me about the pain-free injections they offer, now when I say I honestly did not feel any pain what so ever I am truly not exaggerating! I then expressed that I would love to get my teeth whitened and some composite bonding. I told Keith that I would love this but I could not do impressions, he then told me about this amazing machine that scans your teeth for you rather than getting impressions! Music to my ears! So I went ahead got all my treatment done, all of which were reasonably priced and now I have a smile that I am not afraid to share! I can honestly say that my fear of the Dentist has went down significantly, Keith, Gillian and the staff have been so patient with me and they did not complain once when I put my earphones in and listened to music full blast to block out the noises. Honestly could not recommend this practice enough! Thank You so much to all the staff! Best dentist ever!!!
