I’ve been going to this practice now for over 12 years and I can’t rate them highly enough. Receptionist Lesley is always so friendly and bubbly and my dentist John is fantastic - I used to fear going to a dentist but John has me really relaxed now. I recently attended and seen Sophie as John’s list has been so busy and she was also fantastic and friendly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Expert dental work.
I have been using this Dental practice for over 30 years and have never had any problems. All of the staff have always been friendly and highly professional. Treatment carried out during the pandemic was done under the strictest conditions with no compromise to the level of care. The staff are always courteous and I was always treated with respect and greeted warmly. Sophie and Emma remember previous conversations which helps put me at ease.

An excellent experience
I've had an excellent experience at the practice. All the staff are super nice and helpful, they are respectful and made me feel at ease from the moment I entered. Every single step is explained clearly without making you feel like an inconvenience to them, all of this massively helped with my anxiety of going to the dentist due to bad prior experiences. I could not be happier with my new smile. Thank you to everyone at Coatbridge Family Dental Care.

Best experience I have had
Honestly, the best experience I have had at a dentist, as quite an anxious and nervous person when it comes to the dentist (as many people are) Ainsley could not have put me at ease any better. Talking through and explaining each step and why it was being done. I dont think I have ever walked out the dentist and said ‘that was fab’. Would not worry or hesitate to attend the dentist again in the future.
