Here today for my child's first proper check up. Sophie and her dental nurse were friendly and engaging and established enough rapport to be rewarded with a look at the wee teeth. Lots of advice and encouragement we're doing the right things for dental health at this early age.

Amazing, talked me through everything
I’m normally petrified of the dentist but my dental woman was amazing, talked me through everything and made sure I was okay through it all and kept me calm. I can’t thank her enough deserves all the credit and more for going above and beyond for her job.

I switched to this practice after receiving poor service from another practice. Presenting to a new dentist when you have a broken tooth, before you've had a chance to build a relationship with the practice can be daunting. However, I am happy to say all went well and I am happy to remain with this practice going forward.

Recently I received Invisalign treatment to straighten my teeth – Keith took the time to explain the process from start to finish and provided regular check-ups to monitor progress. I was recommended to go to Keith at Coatbridge Family Dental Care for an implant to replace my left front tooth due to an infection and failing crown, and I’m so glad that Keith was the person I choose. His experience, professionalism and caring manner made me feel at ease during the entire process. All procedures are explained clearly and in depth so you to know what to expect at each appointment. Yes, the implant process is a lengthy one but the quality of work is unparalleled because the difference Keith has made to my smile is utterly amazing and you would never know that my tooth was an implant.

First-rate treatment
I called the surgery as I was experiencing toothache and was given an appointment within 3 hours - a marvellous feat considering the restrictions imposed on all by COVID! As my own dentist at the surgery was unavailable I was seen by another and given first-rate treatment.

I cannot thank Coatbridge family dental enough especially Keith and Gillian, after a terrible experience more than 20 years ago. After 9 months of extensive treatment,Keith has taken me every step keeping me comfortable and at ease. He will explain step by step. I had no pain which was amazing. This for me was a very caring and empathetic dentist, which is totally what I needed the difference for me since my first visit till my last which was today a big massive thank you Keith I don't know how did it but you did 😁😁
