John (my dentist) was welcoming as usual, he sets your mind at rest by explaining and discussing what’s going to happen before starting and work. Always checking everything’s ok step by step. It makes a big difference so not dreading the next appointment.

My teeth feel amazing
This was my first time at this dentist and hygienist for a normal appointment. My parents and I moved to here from a very good dentist in Glasgow they had been with before I was born. I am 16 now. I am so pleased with how friendly and welcoming everyone was. But, my parents did tell me that. My teeth feel amazing after my 1st ever hygienist appointment. I am so happy we moved here. Very good people here.

Great clear communication
Visited Keith and his team this morning and as usual everything was excellent from visit to hygienist to check up with Keith. Great clear communication was provided with regards ongoing health of mouth/teeth. Overall fully satisfied with experience.

I didn’t have a smile and even when talking was aware of my protruding teeth and the gap on my bottom teeth I was told by a few dentists the gap was not repairable. Then I contacted Coatbridge Family Dental Practice and as if by magic all is fixed and delighted with the result. Can’t recommend them high enough

Absolutely amazing! Can’t recommend this dental practice enough 👏. Before I had a bad experience that left me traumatised. However the minute I changed practice Keith put me right at ease from the very first appointment, I knew I was in good hands. I always feel 100% comfortable no matter the treatment. No longer anxious when I go to the dentist, if anything I actually look forward to it! The best practice in Coatbridge. They are all so professional and care about their patients! ☺️

New front teeth -implant and crown.
I started my treatment two years ago with two crowns, one of which was failing. My dentist referred me to Keith to replace my crown with an implant. We agreed that it would also be a good time to replace my other crown to improve the overall appearance.
Keith and the whole team were fabulous throughout the process. It was tough at times. The preparation for the implant was horrible and wearing a plate for a while was extremely uncomfortable and covid struck amidst the treatment. I was glad to be wearing a mask whilst the healing of the gum occurred, meaning Very few people could see my discomfort.
Keith and the fabulous staff were always on the other end of the phone, with solutions and available to check anything I was worried about.
The process was hard and expensive (no more than anywhere else) but I’m really happy about the results I have.
The work is beautiful and the family firm fabulous. Thank you so much.

Absolutely fantastic
Appointment for replacement for filling that became loose and subsequently fell out. Saw a young dentist (sorry but I forget her name) who is new to the practice who was absolutely fantastic and patient focused.
