Seen Keith Today for a tooth extraction. Finally got to try the pain free injection. I’m usually in a panic with the normal injection but today I was very surprised didn’t feel a thing. Would highly recommend Keith to anyone. Anyone who has a phobia with needles Keith is the man to see

Coatbridge family dental care is a great practice! My dentist John is amazing, really accommodating, takes time to go through the procedure and makes sure I understand everything. Done my cosmetic work absolutely perfect! Couldn’t recommend him enough. All the staff are great. Thank you!

I was given an emergency appointment within 3 hours and provided with treatment and follow on antibiotics. I’m pleased to say the dental service from Keith and his assistant was first class and I’m pleased to give them a recommendation and 5 stars.

I cannot recommend Coatbridge Family Dental Care highly enough. John is by far the best dentist I have ever had. He is very thorough and it is clear he takes great pride in his work. He takes time to explain your treatment plan and is happy to answer any questions you may have. I always receive exceptional care from John and for that I am extremely grateful. I have been attending this practice for nearly 10 years, and I will continue to do so.

Really outstanding
In these strange times it was a surprise to be contacted about the treatment I was due a little while ago. A check up and a filling were carried out professionally and the attention to safety in the environment was incredible. So much care taken to ensure safety of staff and patient. Really outstanding. I realise that PPE is totally a priority and I assume the bill reflected some of the cost involved.

Had an emergency surgical extraction of a weak and easily fractured tooth on Friday and everyone - from my initial phone call through the procedure itself and the aftercare - was fantastic. I'm a nervous patient and everyone involved gave exceptionally clear and supportive explanations of the process, Keith was thorough and calming during the extraction, and the pain-free anaesthetic is definitely worth enquiring about. The practice was recommended by a friend and I am glad to be a patient here: both NHS and emergency private work I have had done has been very good, and every member of the team is helpful and friendly.

NHS Dental Advice
I phoned for advice about my retainer brace being broken. Both times when I phoned staff couldn’t have been more helpful and apologetic about not being able to make me an appointment yet. Given the current circumstances staff are doing everything they can to keep patients informed and help as best they can.

Emergency root canal treatment
Emergency root canal treatment. The care I have received during lockdown has been so helpful. I felt extremely reassured to be able to speak to my own dentist Ainsley and also Keith about my pain and I was so impressed that they kept me informed and invited me to get treatment so quickly. Today I felt well informed as dentist Anna had talked me through what to expect. On arriving everything was explained and both Ainsley and Keith were fantastic at putting me at ease. I felt very safe and they were both so patient with me and my anxieties. I feel Ainsley truly understands what my fears are and plans her treatment to minimise my discomfort. Both Dentists communicated really well despite the masks! As usual I was delighted to get back out the chair. I am so pleased I was able to have my dentist and it was worth the wait. Thank you so much!
