I used to dread going to the dentist and have had bad experiences in the past but ever since I started coming here my thoughts of the dentist have totally changed. All the staff are so welcoming and helpful. I have recommended them to all my family and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist.

After displaying symptoms of COVID19 I had to self isolate for 14 days. During this time I took terrible toothache, suspected to be problems with my wisdom tooth coming through. I couldn’t eat or sleep. After about 3 days I called the dental practice and spoke to Keith. He was able to arrange antiseptic mouthwash and antibiotics on prescription for me. My family member collected these and dropped them off to me. He also gave me good advice on oral health and how to manage pain whilst in isolation. 5 days later I am pain free and back to normal. Thank you Keith and everyone else at Coatbridge Family Dental. 💗

Wisdom tooth extraction

Had a wisdom tooth extraction. Ainsley (dentist) and her assistant Moona were excellent. Received a phone call from Lesley (Receptionist) the following day to see how I was, which was a really nice thing to do.

Brilliant

I’m delighted to have finished my dental treatment with Ainsley. She has been amazing at supporting me with my phobia. I felt she took the time to truly understand my fear and then adjusted everything she could to make my treatment a manageable experience. I trust her 100% and cannot thank her and Moona enough for their kindness and support. Ainsley is absolutely brilliant!

All staff are amazing

I have been coming to Coatbridge Family Dental Care for a few years now and this dentist has made me comfortable and my nerves about going to the dentist have now disappeared, my 2 sons had a check up last week my 3 years olds first time and he managed to sit in the the chair and let Anna look in his mouth for a few seconds, he loved it. So great dentists and all staff are amazing!!

Very patient and understanding

Another visit to the Dentist (an age thing LOL) and just a great experience with no dramas at all, all down to Keith's customer skills that place me at ease and provide the detail I need through the course of the treatment.

First class treatment always

Today’s visit along with my husband Brian was for a routine six monthly examination. We were greeted as usual by the friendly, smiling faces of Lesley and Karen. We both went on to receive examinations from Keith and hygiene treatment from Laura, all of which was very thorough and pain free.

We have been patients at Coatbridge Family Dental Care for ten years now and have always received first class treatment from Keith and all the team. Thank you all.
