Great work Keith does, very professional, staff are great, always keep you updated, remind you by text when you’re appointment is due, very helpful. Keith explains everything in advance of what he will be doing on day of appointment, treats you with respect, walks you out to reception at end of treatment, all staff are a credit to him, well run practice, thanks for all you have done for me.

So understanding of my fears
New and replacement white fillings received today. Also the replacement wasent planned but was carried out at the same time saving me a further visit. Johnny is so understanding of my fears and pits you at ease. He took time to discuss my xrays too which was great.

Superb family practice
A great all round practice which is constantly evolving and improving the services it offers. The staff are very friendly and there is a real team spirit about the place. I am a nervous patient and Keith is extremely patient with me.

Pleasant and professional staff
The dental side of things is always a great experience with pleasant and professional staff. The only downside I have is when I'm asked whether I pay for treatment and have to say no then advise what benefit I am on. This is ok if it's just myself and the receptionist but is embarrassing when their are other patients within earshot.

Recommend this dental practice to everyone
I have been with this practice since it opened and have always been satisfied with my treatment. My recent problem resulted in four appointments and each time I had it explained to me what treatment I was getting on that day. The treatment itself went better than expected thanks to the expertise of Mr Preston.
Also, the dental assistants and front desk staff are friendly and efficient. I would recommend this dental practice to everyone.

The care and welcome from all members of the team is exceptional. I have been attending the practice for around ten years and can highly recommend it. Keith is a top class dentist and makes me feel at ease instantly. He always talks through and explains exactly what he is doing and why. I have complete confidence in him.
Laura (hygienist) is also very thorough and descriptive of what she is doing and very easy to feel comfortable with.
And it just wouldn’t be the same without Lesley and Karen on reception who always greet me with a smile!
I always leave the practice feeling good which is a true team effort.
