I met Vis Pather for the first time today and had a very good, informative appointment regarding Invisalign.

Lovely dentist and caring - knows how scared I am.

First meeting with AJ which was very positive - options explained and treatment agreed. A difficult extraction but AJ reacted promptly to make the whole procedure as painless as possible.

Asad has been my dentist now for a few years, he is amazing. I would definitely recommend Asad to anyone.

The suture removal was completely painless. Dr Jonathan Willis and the dental nurse Emma Middleton were efficient and attentive. Next steps were outlined for the follow-up appointments.

I emailed Treetops to tell them I was a very anxious patient and also had bad gag reflex from the bite box last time I visited NHS dentist. Edwina’s response was very prompt, professional and helped me to feel at ease. She told me that I could have an external X-ray instead of bite and confirmed that all of the dentists were very caring and suggested I use AJ. When I arrived for initial appointment, Kerry and her team made me feel very relaxed and Carly gave me a tour of the new extension.
When I met AJ and Macey they made me feel at ease and explained the process to me very thoroughly. I had the external x ray which was so easy and no gagging and then AJ told me that I needed an extraction and a filling. Next appt was with Jenish for clean and polish, she too was very caring and helped me feel ok. Also gave advice re electric toothbrush and tooth pics.
Next visit was the extraction, AJ explained that he was going to remove a decayed molar at the back of my mouth (less than half of the tooth was visible) and what he was going to do. It took a little longer to extract as the top of the tooth broke and there was an infection under the tooth. However AJ and Macey treated me in a caring manner, talking me through the process at all times.
I was extremely pleased with the service offered by all of the staff at Treetops and would definitely recommend AJ to anyone that feels nervous about visiting a dentist. I now feel a lot more confident going into my next appointment.

We see Dr Asad Butt, who is an exceptional dentist. He is incredibly professional yet warm and approachable, always taking the time to explain each step of the process and answer any questions we may have. He is fantastic with our children and has a wonderful way of making them feel comfortable and at ease, making every visit a positive experience for our whole family.

It’s clear that Asad genuinely cares about his patients and takes great pride in his work. We have always felt very well looked after by him and the entire team at Treetops.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Treetops to anyone looking for a friendly, professional and family-focused dental practice.

Sharanpreet explained the procedure I was having and would do her best to save my tooth. Throughout she was very calming and reassured me. She did manage to save my tooth, which I was very grateful for. Herself and Jodie worked extremely well together as a team and I felt in safe hands.
