Dental appointment
My appointment was in 2 parts. Part one, at 9-30am was to produce what would be the impression for the denture. The second part was to remove a very wobbly tooth and fit the denture. David was very professional, the extraction, I didn't feel anything absolutely painless. The fitting of the denture was a little complex as it had to be adjusted to get it sitting correctly this he did extremely patiently. He booked a further appointment in case it wasn't comfortable for 2 weeks later. Within a day I was able to contact reception and pass on my thanks to David for a job well done and to cancel the next visit. A very satisfied patient.

The service provided by your staff is excellent from entering reception to receiving.
Treatment from the clinicians .They are always friendly and reassuring and discuss fully any problems and what procedures are needed, during Covid health and safety was paramount but done in a caring thoughtful way.

I was very pleased to get an appointment. The staff were all very professional, COVID conscious but friendly and welcoming. I am a very nervous patient so the little kindnesses make a difference, even remembering I need a pillow as I have arthritis in my neck. Thank you all.

I contacted the practice for an emergency appointment. The fantastic reception team arranged an appointment promptly with the endodontist. Chris Burn and his nurse Kira carried out Root canal treatment on me. I was very anxious and nervous. They reassured me throughout the whole procedure. I am extremely grateful for them for getting me out of pain and discomfort. Looking forward to a good night sleep. I thoroughly recommend Treetops Dental Surgery.

We are so pleased with Amit our new dentist. He and his dental nurse have given my 92 year old mom great care. All the staff are very patient and caring with my husband who has dementia. A big thank-you to all the lovely staff who are so helpful and have worked so hard during covid.
