Thanks so much for sharing your experience with us. We are thrilled to read that you feel our dentists and receptionists are excellent - thankyou. We are sorry to read that your examination did not meet your expectations and please be assured I will pass your comments on to your clinician. Our plans are offered to patients as an alternative to pay as you go - Denplan Essentials plan covers you for your routine preventive visits and if you attend twice a year for your Hygienist and Examination visit it is more cost effective than pay as you go. Denplan Care is a different type of plan that covers you for your routine preventative care in addition to fillings, crowns etc should they be clinically necessary. You are quite correct that some years you may not require any fillings etc and other years you may require lots of restorative treatments. Patients who opt for Denplan Care usually have quite a lot of fillings and crowns and prefer the peace of mind that when they need replacing they do not have to worry about how they will pay for it. As a practice we wanted to offer different options to pay and we completely understand and respect each patient's individual choices. We have always been focused on keeping our fees as low as possible without compromising the quality of care we provide.
